About this role:

We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee the operational continuity and preservation of all company-owned, leased, or managed leased real estate within a moderate-scale and complex portfolio.

This role requires strong knowledge and understanding of facility and asset management, as well as comprehensive understanding of corporate leases.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Corrigo or equivalent work order manager and possess certifications such as BOMA RPA, CoreNet MCR, IREM CPM, LEED Green Associate, or IFMA CFM.

The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for managing and collaborating with third-party vendors, facility partners, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the preservation of company assets.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational continuity and preservation of all company-owned, leased, or managed leased real estate within a moderate-scale and complex portfolio.
  • Represent company interests with internal customers, vendors, landlords, and external tenants.
  • Manage and collaborate with third-party vendors, facility partners, and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work order management and issue resolution.
  • Perform routine site and facility inspections.
  • Ensure third-party vendors are meeting SLAs of service agreements.
  • Apply preferred operational service standard, effective asset preservation planning, and work effort execution.
  • Execute plans within the portfolio in support of occupancy and operational strategies.
  • Recommend portfolio strategies and contribute to, recommend, and support overall business strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, stakeholders, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Property Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of facility and asset management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of corporate leases.
  • Strong comprehension of building systems, inspection, construction, and infrastructure.
  • Experience with Corrigo or equivalent work order manager.
  • Certifications such as BOMA RPA, CoreNet MCR, IREM CPM, LEED Green Associate, or IFMA CFM.
  • Prior experience in large matrix Fortune 500 Company Real Estate Department.
  • Advanced problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution.
  • Customer service focus with the ability to balance needs of clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.
  • Business continuity execution experience.

Job Expectations:

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel in assigned geography.
  • Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours.

Pay Range:

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$87,700 - $155,000.
