  • Strong analytical skills with the capability to gather, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial amounts of information with precision and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Experience with process improvement frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence and reporting tools.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is preferred.
