About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Insurance Account Manager to join our team at GPAC. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
  • Policy Management: Review and analyze policy changes, ensuring that our clients' insurance needs are met and that their policies are up-to-date.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance agencies, with a strong background in personal lines insurance.
  • Licenses and Certifications: P&C insurance license required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management Systems.
