Your Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled Motor Vehicle Incident Management Specialist to join our State Control & Logistics department on a Permanent Full-Time basis. In this role, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team that provides essential services to our organization.

The Motor Vehicle Incident Management Specialist will oversee the coordination and processing of all motor vehicle incident claims for St John WA, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process motor vehicle incident claims with the Insurer promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain a centralized tracking system for all claims.
  • Collaborate with external and internal specialists to facilitate effective claim settlements.
  • Adhere to established procedures and policies for claim documentation and resolution.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the Insurer for information gathering.
  • Develop and implement internal procedures for the claims process.
  • Ensure compliance with repair standards.
  • Analyze incident trends to inform targeted training and awareness initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in motor vehicle claims or accident management.
  • Background in corporate, health, community, or commercial sectors.
  • Familiarity with relevant systems, tools, and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven account management skills with the ability to maintain relationships through effective communication.
  • Technical expertise to assess and negotiate settlements.
  • Ability to think critically and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cert IV in Business Administration is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in end-to-end motor vehicle claims or as a Claims Consultant is advantageous.
