Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and sanitation regulations.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions, including collecting payment, dispensing change, and providing purchase receipts.
  • Manage inventory, receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise as needed.
  • Assist with customer deliveries and ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining and educating them on different types of tobacco products.
  • Verify the age of customers purchasing tobacco products and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of retail experience preferred.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to pass a background screening and investigation.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing for extended periods, frequent interaction with customers, and occasional exposure to dust, fumes, and chemicals. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a professional demeanor is essential.
