Job Summary

Levy is seeking a skilled Prep Cook to join our team. As a Prep Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food and serving customers in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain daily production schedules and preparation requirements from the Chef.
  • Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
  • Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
  • Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
  • Store, label, and date all food items according to policy.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
  • Resolve customer concerns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
