Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Metrics Analyst to join our team at Imagine One Technology & Management Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in data analytics, with experience working with complex datasets and advanced statistical analysis techniques. They will be responsible for extracting meaningful insights from data and presenting them in a clear and concise manner to senior Navy leaders and project managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply data analytics expertise to support shipboard maintenance and planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze relevant data from shipboard operations and other sources.
  • Employ statistical analysis and data visualization tools to effectively extract insights and communicate findings.
  • Develop data-driven reports, briefings, and presentations for senior Navy leadership.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent certification in data analytics.
  • Minimum five (5) years' experience in data analytics, preferably in a DOD setting.
  • US citizenship and Active DoD Issued Secret Clearance (or interim Secret or higher) at time of application.
