About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our team at GQR. As an Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our clients by conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting findings. Your responsibilities will include coordinating research needs, conducting candidate and issue research, preparing reports, and collaborating with senior staff and clients to meet project requirements and deadlines.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from survey research to data analysis. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and expertise through mentorship and training programs. We are looking for individuals who can lead by example, contribute innovative ideas, and showcase the expertise and value they bring to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to support client projects
  • Prepare reports and present findings to clients and senior staff
  • Collaborate with senior staff and clients to meet project requirements and deadlines
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
  • Preferred three to five years of experience in quantitative/qualitative research or political campaign involvement
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
