Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences.
- Administer medications, perform clinical treatments, and provide education to patients and families.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.
- Evaluate patient learning needs and provide education to promote health and wellness.
- Work as an advocate for patient physical and emotional well-being.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- Current NM RN license or appropriate RN compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and PALS/ENPC certifications required within six months of hire.
