Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. As a Pediatric LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and adolescents in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify nursing diagnoses and develop effective care plans
  • Perform interventions to promote patient outcomes and meet hospital policies and standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
Requirements
  • Current LPN license for the state of practice
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Current BLS card
  • One year of prior LPN experience preferred
