Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Bilingual Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a Speech Therapist at Carolina Pediatric Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat conditions related to various disorders, including speech and language impairments.
  • Engage clients in skilled activities to improve speech and language abilities across settings.
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including OTs, SLPs, PTs, Psychology, and Behavioral Health Clinicians.
  • Participate in our Embedded Mentorship Program for new employees and enjoy a collaborative team approach to our therapy services.

Requirements
  • Licensed as a Master's Level Speech-Language Pathologist in NC.
  • ASHA-certified.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish.
  • Experience with feeding is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience preferred, but strong Pediatric SLP candidates with less experience will be considered.
