Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care services to residents

  • Assess the health of residents and notify physicians of changes in status
  • Implement new orders and contribute to the development of a plan of care
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
  • Current LPN licensure in the state
  • CPR certification
