• Fulfill food and drink orders in a timely and efficient manner

• Provide positive and memorable experiences to all customers

• Lead and manage a team of bartenders to ensure seamless service

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu and drinks offerings

• Ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience and provide feedback to management

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the storage and handling of liquor and other beverages

• Ensure that all liquor laws and regulations are followed

**Requirements**

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 2 years of related experience leading a bar or equivalent combination of education and experience desired

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service
