The Assurance Group is looking to hire and train new agents with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization.
Although experienced insurance agents are welcome to apply no experience is necessary. In fact in many cases we prefer to work with people coming from other industries. Weve found tremendous success taking people with careers as bartenders servers teachers healthcare workers and even former military and training them to represent our products (life health and fixed index annuities).
