New Construction Security Sales Specialist

CPI Security is a leading provider of security and automation solutions, dedicated to making every day safer for our community. We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Home Construction Sales Representative to join our team in Hilton Head, South Carolina.
Job SummaryWe're looking for a sales professional who can effectively communicate our value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers. As a Construction Security Advisor, you'll lead our mission to provide award-winning security and home automation solutions to new home construction customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn an uncapped, performance-based income while providing valuable service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively communicate CPI Security's value, product vision, and capabilities to potential customers
- Cultivate relationships with builders, contractors, and developers to promote our products and services
- Self-generate customer connect opportunities, in addition to company leads, to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with customers and potential customers to ensure complete satisfaction
- Maintain a schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned location
- Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales
- Work closely with Sales Manager and team to ensure goal achievement
- $60,000 to $90,000 annual average earnings
- 30k base salary guarantee plus commissions on top. Sign-on Bonus of $1,000
- Company fuel card, company equipment provided (i.e. iPhone, iPad)

- Free monitored security system after 90 days
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of outside sales experience preferred, but will train the right individual
- Highly driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and integrity
- Strong time-management, organizational and prioritization abilities
- Demonstrates strong communications skills and professional credibility to influence sales leaders and professionals
- Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive
- Experience working with a CRM system (i.e. Salesforce) is a plus
