Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Management Auditor to join our team at Randstad Digital. As a Vendor Management Auditor, you will be responsible for documenting current invoice reconciliation processes for IT goods from acquisition to disposal, identifying and documenting risks that could lead to unexpected costs and exposure, and collaborating with IT, Sourcing, and Finance teams on their current roles and responsibilities within this space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document current invoice reconciliation process for IT goods from acquisition to disposal
  • Identify and document risks that could lead to unexpected costs and exposure
  • Document the current tracking and reporting processes for invoicing our IT goods with the current cost's controls and financial checks for governance
  • Collaborate (and document) with IT, Sourcing, and Finance teams on their current roles and responsibilities within this space
  • Based on findings, propose a solution that solves for end-to-end invoice reconciliation workflow while ensuring IT asset policies and regulations are adhered to
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a financial analyst
  • Strong understanding of invoice reconciliation workflow tracking and reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven experience in understanding and designing invoice reconciliation workflow processes
  • Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills
Qualifications
  • Experience level: Experienced
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Education: Bachelors
Skills
  • Project Management (3 years of experience is preferred)
  • Risk Management (3 years of experience is preferred)
