Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow existing cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Adhere to safety and security regulations, reporting any infractions promptly.
- Handle, collect, label, and transfer hazardous chemical waste according to established guidelines.
- Work under the supervision of a designated Lead.
- Read and comprehend written procedures in English and execute tasks accordingly.
- Inspect work for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members using strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Adapt to changing priorities and learn new methods and processes as required.
- Respond with urgency and maintain productivity in all tasks.
- Perform duties at heights using ladders or lifts as necessary.
- Complete training on biohazards and other regulatory requirements successfully.
Compensation: The hourly pay rate will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment.
Bonus Structure: Target bonus on base salary is 5.0.
