Job Title: Assistant Office Clerk
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Office Clerk to join our team at Workforce Solutions for Tarrant Co. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with office clerical duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining the security of the building
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work a hybrid schedule
Work Environment: Our office is a quiet to moderate noise level environment. The successful candidate will be required to sit, stand, and walk frequently, and may be required to lift up to 10 pounds.
