Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering Respiratory Treatments: Provide essential respiratory therapy treatments and assessments to patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborating with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive patient care plans that meet individual needs.
  • Patient Progress Monitoring: Continuously monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques, empowering them to manage their conditions effectively.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards, maintaining a safe working environment for patients and staff.

Requirements:

  • RRT Certification and State License: Hold current RRT certification and state license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • Experience in Respiratory Care: Possess significant experience in respiratory care, preferably in a travel or per-diem setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with healthcare teams.
