Compensation:
Salary range: $110,000 - $160,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Developing creative design solutions for projects of varying sizes and complexities.
  • Employing design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp to produce precise and detailed design plans.
  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure project feasibility and alignment with goals.
  • Overseeing all phases of the design process, from initial concept to construction.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape architecture or design.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
  • Experience with various project types, including park design, community planning, and educational facilities.
  • LEED Certification is preferred.
  • Professional licensure is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • The capability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
