About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative design solutions for projects of varying scales and complexities.
  • Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp to create detailed and accurate design plans.
  • Collaborate with a team of architects, engineers, and designers to ensure designs are feasible and meet project goals.
  • Lead and manage all phases of the design process, from initial concept through construction.
  • Conduct site analyses, including the assessment of site conditions, identification of opportunities and constraints, and formulation of design recommendations.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Incorporate sustainable design principles into designs, with a focus on achieving LEED Certification for projects.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to local and national regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Landscape Architecture.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in landscape architecture or design.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.
  • Experience in various project types, including park design, community planning, retail, and educational spaces.
  • LEED Certification preferred.
  • Professional licensure preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
