Job Title: Mobile Device Management Engineer

A leading company, Insight Global, is seeking a skilled Mobile Device Management Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining mobile device management solutions for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement MDM solutions for Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.
  • Develop and enforce policies regarding mobile device usage, security, and compliance.
  • Oversee device enrollment for iOS, Android, and Windows.
  • Ensure secure onboarding for new devices and users.
  • Implement security measures to protect against threats.
  • Monitor compliance on organizational policies and industry regulations.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting through advanced support for MDM issues.
  • Collaborate with IT support to resolve end-user issues.
  • Manage device policies by creating and maintaining MDM solutions.
  • Update MDM configurations regularly as needed.
  • Generate and analyze reports on device compliance, security incidents, and usage.
  • Maintain documentation on MDM configurations, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct training sessions to guide end-users and IT staff.
  • Stay current with trends on mobile security and management technologies.
Requirements:
  • Over 3 years of extensive professional technical experience in a large, distributed IT environment.
  • Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or an equivalent certification.
  • Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell and Python.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune including configuration, policy management, and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of VMware Workspace ONE for basic setup, configuration, and policy management.
  • Strong grasp of the following mobile operating systems: iOS, Android, and Windows.
  • Understanding of security standards and compliance related to mobile device management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
