About the Role

The Commercial Lease Coordinator position is crafted to oversee leasing and marketing initiatives related to REDICO's diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring meticulous lease processing and data management for tenants. The primary objective of this role is to guarantee that all lease documentation is accurately tracked and processed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all lease-related critical timelines and obligations
  • Facilitate the preparation of all lease documents, ensuring timely completion
  • Input lease data into lease accounting and leasing activity tracking systems, including MRI and VTS
  • Prepare annual and quarterly leasing assumptions for multiple properties
  • Generate and maintain various leasing reports
  • Exhibit a high level of attention to detail for precision
  • Provide administrative support to the Leasing Department

Qualifications

  • A minimum of four years of experience in the commercial real estate field
  • Strong comprehension of real estate document processing and operations
  • Familiarity with commercial leases
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders, along with strong organizational and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in computer/software applications, including MS Excel and Word; experience with MRI and VTS is advantageous
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
