Job Description

At Staff My Agency, we are seeking an exceptional Agency Business Development Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about building relationships and driving business growth.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can help us expand our customer base and increase revenue. As an Agency Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect new customers and build relationships to generate new business leads
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS WITH EXISTING CUSTOMERS TO DRIVE REPEAT BUSINESS
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-year coaching/leading work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team through work experience or demonstration of personal motivation, strong ethics, and Desire to see others succeed
  • Ability to use technology at intermediate level
  • High School Degree or equivalent required, College degree preferred
  • Obtaining a Life, Accident and Health license is required prior to being appointed
