Comprehensive Care Manager

At Addictions Recovery Center Inc, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Comprehensive Care Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
- The Comprehensive Care Manager will oversee medical services delivery for agency programs, including withdrawal management, addictions medicine clinic, residential, and sobering programs.
- Responsibilities will include providing direct medical care to patients, overseeing patient screenings, plans, and services provided, collaborating with primary care providers, and ensuring accurate and appropriate client records maintenance.
- The Comprehensive Care Manager will also work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to promote integrated, effective, and compassionate care.
- Ongoing responsibilities will involve managing care for pregnant patients, overseeing the care of patients with infectious diseases, handling medical emergencies promptly and effectively, and maintaining effective communication with all key collaborators and staff.
- Additional duties may include working with leadership to ensure cohesive, high-quality services and a positive response to change, maintaining department protocols, policies, and patient medical records, and demonstrating computer literacy in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
About You:
- We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with current and unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon, Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, and DEA certification for prescribing medication.
- A strong supervisory and leadership background, advanced clinical skills, and expertise in family medicine are essential for this role.
- You will have in-depth knowledge of medical protocols and regulations, proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team.
- A minimum of clinical experience in family practice or a related field, with a focus on addiction medicine preferred, as well as trauma-informed care and addictions medicine training.
