Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service call center experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent problem-solving and data entry skills.
  • Physical and Mental Demands: Ability to work in an indoor office environment with moderate noise levels.
