Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join DivIHN Integration Inc as an HR Representative Jr. - Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key player in driving employee engagement, you will be responsible for payroll, leaves administration, supporting employee relations, and interpreting HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, correct, and approve weekly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support employees and managers with payroll questions and issues, providing clear and concise guidance.
- Partner with managers to complete disciplinary actions, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- Coordinate leave of absences and accommodation requests, maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactively communicate with employees and managers regarding HR policies, practices, and key HR programs, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Lead all aspects of exit survey interviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance employee listening strategies.
- Support new employee orientation, ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary documentation.
- Run monthly and ad hoc reports for site leaders, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Process Workday tasks, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be part of interview panels, contributing to the selection process and ensuring a fair and unbiased approach.
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on payroll, benefits, or HR administration.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and payroll software, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and meet employee needs.
- Ability to navigate the organization to find solutions and know when to raise issues to others for guidance.
- Take initiative with little direction, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
