Customer Service Representative

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities:- Provides complex analytics and reporting services to improve and automate client processing systems.
- Manages moderate to complex external client issues and advises other organizational units/teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Participates in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high-value transactions.
- Solves complex problems based on in-depth knowledge of the system and industry standards.
- Provides support to lower-level client processing roles and may be responsible for supervisory review, training, and approval actions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5-7 years of total work experience, preferably in brokerage processing.
- Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
- Strong customer service experience with a Financial Services background.
- Competitive pay range: $/hr - $25.00/hr.
