Job Summary:

As a Document Control Specialist at SITE Staffing, you will be responsible for reviewing incoming data from clients and setting up production through our facility. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to review or confirm information on production plans. Your key responsibilities will include creating clear, understandable job layouts by reviewing files and specifications, coordinating internal job flow processes for proofs, distributing proofs and routing job tickets, and maintaining paper and/or electronic tracking systems for controlled documents. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining document change control processes, including the receipt, maintenance, approval, distribution, and storage of documents. This role also requires providing clerical support when needed and performing duties in InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and Illustrator from time to time.

Key Responsibilities:

Review incoming data from clients and set up production through our facility
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to review or confirm information on production plans
Create clear, understandable job layouts by reviewing files and specifications
Coordinate internal job flow processes for proofs
Distribute proofs and route job tickets
Maintain paper and/or electronic tracking systems for controlled documents
Maintain document change control processes
Provide clerical support when needed
Perform duties in InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and Illustrator from time to time

Requirements:

Understanding of basic printing workflow
Ability to work in a database (searching, adding to, maintaining)
Ability to work with clients and a team is required
