- Machine Operation: Perform machine operation for automated saline syringe lines, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
- Documentation and Compliance: Complete batch records accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Production Schedule and Performance Metrics: Meet production schedules and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Language and Math Skills: Read, write, and understand the English language, with basic math skills including fractional and decimal equations.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for an entire shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical demands of the role.
Preferred Qualifications:
