Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Fairborn Cement Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control plant operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of safety awareness among direct reports.
  • Review and update operational control policies and procedures to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Manage hourly employee schedules, job assignments, and performance.
  • Monitor process parameters to optimize production rates and quality targets.
  • Ensure that production department tools and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical, industrial engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of three to five years of production experience in heavy industry or manufacturing.
  • Thorough knowledge of kiln operating systems and heavy industrial equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
