About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at PepsiCo. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our large format accounts, including supermarkets and Mass Merchants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and leverage customer relationships to identify opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Conduct business reviews and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Rotate and stock products on shelves and displays, in coolers, vending equipment, and customers' backrooms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Pepsi partners to meet customer needs
  • Learn new technologies, products, and selling skills to grow the accounts and create efficiencies
  • Execute displays, builds, and promotions, which may require lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases ranging from 20-45 lbs.
Requirements
  • 18 years or older
  • Must have a car to access multi-store locations within assigned shift
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
