Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will drive operational excellence and customer value creation through process transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Assess
    • Map current processes and identify areas for improvement
    • Develop process capability studies and prioritize improvement initiatives
  • Define
    • Design future-state processes and critical metrics
    • Prioritize technology developments aligned with process maps
    • Develop a roadmap for process implementation
    • Identify automation opportunities
  • Land
    • Develop standard operating procedures and training materials
    • Partner with regional teams to implement new processes
    • Establish a global community of process experts and site leaders
    • Monitor and act on key metrics
  • Others
    • Drive closure of audit items and address risks
    • Manage a knowledge repository and ensure accessibility
    • Support Continuous Improvement teams on project opportunities
    • Other tasks as needed to support team goals
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in trucking operations, supply chain logistics, or frontline operations in a warehousing or trucking company
  • Experience in Project Management, Process Engineering, Management Consulting, or Change Management roles
  • Financial background considered an asset
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Fluency in English (our company language)
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20-30% of working time)

Pay Range

$150,000-$187,000

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
