Financial Controller

The Financial Controller is a key member of the hotel's management team, responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
- Lead and develop a team of financial professionals
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in hotel accounting or a related field
- Proficient in Windows, Company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
