Job Summary

As a Car Electronics Installer at Best Buy, you will be responsible for installing new technology into customers' vehicles. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install standard mobile electronic solutions, including T-harness remote starts, speakers, dash cameras, backup cameras, amplifiers, and in-dash units.
  • Verify vehicle make and model, and communicate any compatibility concerns prior to installation.
  • Use provided guides to identify compatible mobile electronic products and complete installation projects.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and ensure a positive experience for customers.
  • Acquire and maintain required certifications.
Requirements
  • Current, valid driver's license.
  • Have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy's safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience installing car electronics.
  • Prior retail experience.
