Job Summary:

This is a full-time hourly position in the Auto industry, requiring a strong background in detailing and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Thoroughly clean, wash, and wax both the interior and exterior of vehicles
  • Vacuum, shampoo, and detail carpets and upholstery
  • Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and dashboards
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and report any findings to management
  • Touch up minor paint imperfections and perform paintless dent repair
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing wiper blades and topping off fluids
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing supplies and equipment
  • Assist with moving vehicles on the lot and to and from the service department
  • Communicate effectively with service and sales team members to ensure timely vehicle preparation for customer pickup
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Detailer or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of vehicle cleaning products and techniques
  • Familiarity with paintless dent repair and minor touchup work
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
