Customer Service Representative

As a RemX Representative, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where no two days are the same. You will be working with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Review completed forms to ensure all necessary information has been entered for data entry
- Follow up on incomplete forms pending submission of additional materials by applicant
- Determine client eligibility and authorize payments on behalf of fuel assistance clients in emergencies
- Schedule appointments
- Provide information about services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
- Experience working in a non-profit a plus
- Bilingual Spanish a plus
- Tech savvy with experience in MS Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
