Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at RemX. As an Intake Eligibility Specialist, you will play a critical role in reviewing completed forms, determining client eligibility, and authorizing payments on behalf of fuel assistance clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify completed forms for accuracy and completeness
  • Determine client eligibility and authorize payments as needed
  • Follow up with clients to obtain additional information or resolve issues
  • Schedule appointments and provide information about services

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other software applications
