Maintenance Manager Job Description

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment, as well as leading a team of maintenance personnel to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency
  • Lead a team of maintenance personnel to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues
  • Manage maintenance budgets and resources to ensure optimal use of company funds
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of maintenance materials and services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. mechanical engineering, industrial technology)
  • 10+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the packaging industry
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with maintenance software
