Job Summary

The Manager in Training position at Crestview Management, LLC is an exciting opportunity for individuals to learn the day-to-day operations of the front office and housekeeping departments. As a Manager in Training, you will gain hands-on experience in checking in/out guests, navigating guest services systems, cleaning and inspecting rooms, and performing basic standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the assigned department, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and courteous manner, escalating concerns to management as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager, contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to guests at all times.
