Overview
Atrium Health Charlotte seeks a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join its team in the Progressive Care Unit. This 38-bed unit cares for adult patients with various disease processes, including ischemic stroke, COPD, and CHF.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Nurse I who will provide professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with doctors, therapists, and other ancillary staff to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
- Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or situation
- Analyzes the assessment data to determine actual or potential diagnoses, problems, and issues
- Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or situation
- Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment

Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current Basic Life Support required per policy guidelines
- Current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state where you work and reside

Benefits
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
