Job Title: Managing Director

At Forsta Inc, we are seeking a seasoned Managing Director to lead our client strategy and sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling new and additional solutions to our existing health system and provider clients, as well as targeted prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the strategic relationship manager for assigned clients, responsible for retaining existing client revenue through outstanding relationships at all levels.
  • Deliver consistently on financial growth targets for new and expansion business within your defined clients and/or territory.
  • Create comprehensive client and/or territory plans that outline strategies for achieving client objectives and financial growth targets.
  • Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio, including features, benefits, and use cases.
  • Participate in all required training sessions, workshops, and webinars provided by the company and complete any required certifications and tests.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of account management or sales experience.
  • Understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges within the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of strategic planning, execution of strategy, business development, and sales.
  • Demonstrated solid leadership qualities and organizational skills.
  • Must be results-driven.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
