About the Role:

This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to work in our PICU department. As a critical care RN, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based care to critically ill patients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Stay current with best practices and new technologies in critical care nursing
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current Alaska RN license
  • National Provider BLS certification
  • PALS certification within 6 months of hire
  • 1 year of experience in critical care nursing or a related field

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $$104,500 - $120,100 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
