Position Overview:

Envision Physician Services and Alaska Regional Hospital are seeking a Medical Director for our Critical Care Intensivist team in Anchorage, Alaska. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical direction and leadership to the Critical Care Intensivist team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and quality of care
  • Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Yearly salary ranges from $490k-$530k
  • Medical Director stipend and robust benefit package
  • Opportunity to develop pulmonary/sleep practice
  • Flexible scheduling allows for vacation time
