  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public administration, or environmental science
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the water and wastewater industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
