The role of the Viewing Room Store Associate, also known as a "Sleep Guide," is integral to our business model. This position merges the supportive culture of our corporate call center with the interactive environment of the Viewing Room. Associates will provide personalized sales assistance to guests while also supporting online customers through phone and live chat interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and team members in person during scheduled shifts.

  • Availability to work weekends and major retail holidays is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience of 1-2 years in Retail Sales or Customer Service, though we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • At least 1 year of experience in telecommunications or a call center is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a knack for building rapport.
  • A genuine passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficient in using computers and related software.
  • A positive attitude is highly valued.
