We are seeking a highly skilled GenAI Solutions Architect to join our Strategic Accounts team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and migrating applications, software, and services on the AWS platform.

As a GenAI Solutions Architect, you will participate in deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create world-class solutions built on AWS. You will also author and contribute to AWS customer-facing publications, such as whitepapers, workshops, demos, and proof of concepts.

About the Team

The Strategic Accounts Specialist Solutions Architecture (SSA) team at AWS is a strategic team that helps some of AWS's largest customers develop solutions using AWS, partner and open source software across the analytics, GenAI, database and storage domains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and migrate applications, software, and services on the AWS platform.
  • Interact with customers directly to understand business challenges and help them implement their ML ecosystem.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and showcase the art of possible.
  • Participate in deep architectural discussions and design exercises to create world-class solutions built on AWS.
  • Author and contribute to AWS customer-facing publications, such as whitepapers, workshops, demos, and proof of concepts.
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community.
  • Work with AWS Service teams in synthesizing customer and market feedback to evolve the AWS Services roadmap.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience.
  • 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in AI/ML (1+ in Generative AI specifically).
  • Experience contributing to the system design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current GenAI systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study or 12+ years of related work experience.
