Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead the development of IT applications using Appian tools and spearhead new projects in Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise-level data management and analytics platforms, including expertise in Data Pipelines, Databricks, and Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appian Application Development: Design and develop robust IT applications using Appian tools, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with business requirements.
  • AI Project Leadership: Lead the initiation, planning, and implementation of new AI projects, defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
  • Data Management Expertise: Utilize expertise in Data Pipelines, Databricks, and Snowflake to enhance data integration, processing, and analytics capabilities, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Team Collaboration and Management: Work closely with IT teams, data scientists, and business analysts to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems, providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay abreast of the latest developments in Appian tools, AI technologies, and data management practices, proposing and implementing innovative solutions that provide competitive advantages.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and gather feedback, ensuring that all IT solutions align with the strategic goals of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT architecture, with substantial experience in developing applications using Appian tools and leading AI projects.
  • Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of Data Pipelines, Databricks, and Snowflake, with experience in integrating various data sources and maintaining large-scale data systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a master's degree or higher preferred.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with strong project management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

  • Certifications: Certifications in Appian, Databricks, Snowflake, or related fields are highly desirable.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Work Environment:

  • This role requires a combination of on-site and remote work, with occasional travel as per project requirements.
