Drive Commercial Success in Pharmaceutical Market Access

As a seasoned professional in pharmaceutical market access, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success by securing profitable business, actively harvesting accounts, creating leads, and ensuring accurate project forecasting and pricing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve commercial success by actively harvesting accounts and creating leads at new accounts, soliciting support from other business units to close deals, and securing profitable business
  • Develop and lead, independently, a large client book of business
  • Achieve billable utilization, led book of business, and sales targets, while collaborating with others to attain overall business objectives and metrics
  • Validate accurate project forecasting and pricing to avoid losses
  • Support the development of a growing and healthy Advisory Group and overall Consulting business unit, above and beyond individual contributions of sales and book of business
Requirements:
  • MBA or graduate degree in a life sciences field
  • Known authority in pricing, market access and HEOR; able to leverage external network to improve profitable revenues and market positioning
  • 10+ years of leading commercial / strategic consulting, with a focus on pharmaceutical market access, value and HEOR
What We Offer:

A competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $250,000 to $380,000, with eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, company match 401k, flexible paid time off (PTO) and sick time.
