About the Role

Pacira BioSciences is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Market Access Marketing efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure favorable access to our products across the US managed markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement market access and reimbursement marketing strategies that address core customer objectives.
  • Provide a comprehensive understanding of the US managed markets to commercial functions, clinical and medical affairs, and legal teams to support the development of our corporate value strategy.
  • Define clinical and economic outcome requirements for payer strategy and develop robust commercial payer and self-insured employer messaging and materials.
  • Develop reimbursement resources to support field sales engagement with key stakeholders, including clinicians, administrators, and billers.
  • Build and manage campaigns to communicate favorable reimbursement status through a mix of media and educational initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between field teams and access marketing, identifying new opportunities and setting objectives, strategies, and resources to achieve financial and strategic goals.
  • Establish metrics to track progress, identify areas of growth, and quantify impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive responsibility in sales and/or marketing for hospital pharmaceutical or medical device companies.
  • Minimum 5 years of in-line brand management experience in pharmaceutical or medical device marketing, including extensive experience in market access, value, pricing, reimbursement, patient access, and operational budget management.
  • Significant experience in senior management roles, preferably with at least 5 years in a senior market access and value leadership position.
